Limitation of Liability

Submit20’s content, graphics, text and other forms of media, including information regarding products and services, is provided “as is” without any, express or implied, representations or warranties made as they relate to accuracy of information, security and compatibility, as well as suitability for a given purpose.

5. Under no circumstances does Submit20 accept liability for any losses or damages caused by use of our websites. This includes, but is not limited to, losses or damages caused by data loss, loss of business (including anticipated business), loss of goodwill, loss caused to third parties or any consequential, indirect or exemplary losses that are caused by use of our websites.

6. Submit20 make no guarantees with regards to the web server being free of bugs, viruses or other malicious software. There is also no guarantees with regards to accuracy of information and/or providing an uninterrupted service.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

All copyright assets displayed on Submit20’s websites, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos and other forms of media, belong to Submit20 and other third-party copyright holders where applicable. Nothing contained in these terms, or information contained on our websites, should imply a right or license to use any copyright asset, trademark, patent or design without the express written consent of the relevant copyright holder.

Terms and Conditions of Service

Definitions.

1.1 “Submit20″, “our”, “we” refers to Submit20 Inc, a company with offices at  Q367/6 Mudiali Road, Garden Rich, Kolkata - 700024, India.

1.2 “You”, “your”, “customer”, “client”, refers to the entity that is contracting with Submit20 Inc.

1.3 “Submission”, “submitted”, “submit” refers to the sending, or uploading, of information with the intention of “putting information forward for consideration” that may, or may not, aid our clients business objectives - when used in the context of the business products/services that Submit20 provide. Submission is fundamentally different from acceptance, and does not imply that the information put forward for consideration will be acted upon.

1.4 “Output”, “work”, refers to the products and/or services that Submit20 provide to their clients. This includes, but is not limited to, submissions, link building, content writing services and SEO services.

General Terms.

2.1 Submit20 and the client submit exclusively to the jurisdiction of the Kolkata courts (India).

2.2 Any deviations from this contract must be agreed by both parties in writing prior to becoming applicable.

2.3 The terms contained herein apply to all contractual dealings between Submit20 and the client where the client is buying products/services from Submit20.

Responsibilities of Submit20.

3.1 Submit20 are responsible for completing the amount of submissions/work that have been agreed with the client prior to the initiation of the project, subject to all client responsibilities being fulfilled. In the instance where payment is not made by the client, per our prior arrangement, Submit20 are not liable for completing submissions and/or work.

3.2 Submit20 shall act in good faith and will, where reasonably possible, act to protect our clients business interests during the completion of work.

Responsibilities of Client.

4.1 The client must complete payment as agreed prior to the commencement of work.

4.2 The client is fully liable for the work that Submit20 complete and for any loss that they believe they have incurred as a direct or indirect result of contracting with Submit20. This includes, but it not limited to, loss of revenue, good will or anticipated profits.

4.3 The client may not cancel their work after entering into a contract for a specific product or service offered by Submit20. Submit20 may, as an act of good faith, allow customers to cancel their contract or get a full or partial refund at their sole discretion. Clients must act in good faith at all times.

Email stationary.

Any quotations or offers provided by Submit20 Inc are subject to our standard terms of service. Submit20,  Q367/6 Mudiali Road, Garden Rich, Kolkata - 700024, India. Submit20 Inc reserves the right to monitor and record email messages sent to and from this address.
