It seems like everyone is having trouble trying to generate website traffic. It is not as hard as everyone would have you believe. I am just a simple farm boy from Iowa and if I can do it then anyone can. You just have to follow 3 simple steps.

Step #1 To generate website traffic:
Keywords are your best friend when it comes to increasing website traffic. What are keywords? Keywords are 2-3 words that people are entering into the search engines like Google to find information on a problem they want solved. You need to know what keywords people are searching on and if they are being searched frequently. There are many free keyword tools you can use such as Google Keyword Tool. Once you find keywords that have at least 1000 searches a month but, with low competition you use the keyword to generate website traffic by writing articles.

Step #2 To generate website traffic:
Article marketing is one of the best free ways to get more traffic to your website. Use your keywords in the title of your article and at least once in each paragraph. You want to do this so that the search engines will pick up your article and hopefully list it on the first page. Your article should be about 300-400 words in length and be interesting so the reader will read it. At the end of your article you will have what is called an authors resource box. This is where you will put your link to your website that you want to generate website traffic to. The hope is that when someone reads your article they will want more information and click on that link in your resource box. You will want to write at least 1 article a day if not more. The more you write the more traffic you will generate.

Step #3 To generate website traffic:
This is one of the easiest and best ways to generate website traffic and that would be to use free classified ad sites. A lot of people dismiss classified ads which is a big mistake. You can use sites like USFreeAds, Craigslist and InetGiant. They are all free and work like a charm. It is a very simple process to get more traffic using free classified ads. Taking these 3 steps you can generate website traffic very quickly and easily. It should only take about 3 hours a day to complete these tasks. You should spend about 2 hours or less writing articles, spend maybe an hour going keyword research and about 45 minutes writing ads. If you are really serious about getting more traffic to your website then this system will work very well for you.
