The biggest stumbling block for most people is discipline. You must have a vision with well-defined goals. Discipline is the willingness and commitment to stay with a task in order to achieve those goals.

After you have completed the plan and improved in those areas, go back to the list and work on the next 3 areas until your score is above 10. You can do it!
