Profitable Keywords - What to Do With Keywords Once You Found Them?
You hear a lot in internet marketing circles about finding profitable keywords. But how do you find these profitable keywords and what do you do with them once you have found them?
To answer this question, let me give you may an overview of a profitable keywords strategy combining profitable keywords and AdSense. This strategy was made famous by a guy called John xFactor.
The premise of this strategy is to find less competitive keywords to rank highly for in Google. This strategy uses a keyword search tool called Micro Niche Finder. You use this tool to find keywords that have exact phrase matches in less than 10,000 websites. Also, the strength of competition indicator in Micro Niche Finder should be less than 20.
Now finding keywords with little competition is not enough. You also need to ensure that those words are profitable. To do this, go to a web site called SpyFu and type in the keyword phrase. You are looking for keywords that have a minimum bid of 50 cents and have at least 10 advertisers. This means that there are enough advertisers bidding on your keyword, and the clicks will be worth a minimum of 20 cents.
Once you have found keywords that match these criteria, you want to build product reviews for them. People that are looking to buy a product tend to click on AdSense adds more frequently. These product reviews should be at least 500 words. Place your AdSense ads on the very top of your product reviews, and you should find the click thru rate to be at least ten to twenty percent.
This is a very high level explanation of the John xFactor strategy. Search the Internet for John xFactor to learn more.
