How to Use Keyword Density to Get Traffic to Your Website

How to check KD and are there any tools

First of all you have to find keywords related to your website’s (article) theme and with low advertiser competition. Write down all of your keywords on the paper. At this point the process of using proper keyword density has begun.

The next step is to write an article on your chosen subject keeping an eye on the list of keywords, which you created earlier. Your target keywords have to be in the title and in the first two and last paragraphs of the content. Non target keywords should be spread along middle part of the article.

Let’s assume, your topic is dieting. Before writing an article you have to do a keyword research using Google Keyword Suggestion Tool and Wordtracker.

Dieting is a very broad word and has high level of competition. Therefore it is not keyword that you need. In opposition, the following words are suitable for keywords:

* A Beach body

* Stomach rolls

These keywords are chosen for educational purposes only. Check them on Google before using in practice.

These keywords have to be intensively used at the beginning and the end of your article. However, keywords should not be repeated more than five times per 400-600 words of content. If not, search engine will see your webpage as spam.

When you have finished your article, the next step is to check keyword density.

You can find any keyword density tool on the Internet using search engine browser.

However, before using KD tools you have to find your competitors. Type in Google search engine browser one of your target keyword. For example, “a beach body” and click Search. Quotation marks are also essential. On the search result page under No1 is your strongest competitor. You want your website to be No1. Therefore you have to analyze your competitor’s KD in comparison with yours. Write down your competitor website’s URL and go to Keyword Density website. This website has an Analyzer Tool, which is free to use. Enter your competitor website’s URL and yours. Click Submit. You will get the comparison page. By this point your article must be uploaded onto the Internet.
