The page rank process is not complicated and is determined by two major things. As long as your website is linked to from good neighborhoods because if you’re being linked to from a website that sells links then the search engines will penalize you and you’ll never show in the search engine’s results again. Content is without a doubt the second most important quality to have on your site and in your back links. Just back links alone will not do it for you and they all need to be of relevant quality or you will be sure to fall under the hammer of the major search engines. The content and keywords that are consistent on your website is what needs to be on there and in the websites linking to you to count as a relevant back link.

That’s really it, there’s no hidden secret behind it or magical code to increase your page rank, because the search engines are simple. If you provide them with good content and you have other websites with good content linking to you, then you’ll be declared king of the keywords you target.
